Just your basic nasty, stingy strap with a suggestion from my apprentice: She liked the idea of a Spencer Paddle.  Liked even more the ability of a leather paddle with holes to leave the mark of the hole.  After some experimentation and some wonderful tryouts here is the result.  Three 2-inch holes appear to maximize the effect.

Almost a guarantee of bruising.  Overall length approx 21″.  The strap is 14″ long and 4″ wide riveted into a full tang handle.  It’s made of heavy leather 1/4″ thick.
