SENSUAL SPENCER.  16″ long, 3″wide Almost 1″thick  This is a variation of Mr. Spencer’s School Paddle.  Holes were placed in it to reduce air resistance. It is PERFECT for those “Naughty Student” scenes.   Foam can be on both sides.
