This is a very stingy, heavy, full tang neoprene rubber strap. – The stuff they make conveyor belts out of.

The material is 1/4″ thick, 3 1/2″ wide with an overall length of 17″ this is extremely stingy, easily marks and bruises and may cut skin! It should be used by experienced players only.
